KATSURA training for adults took place on the 13th of March in Kahramanmaraş, Turkey, hosted by the local University. It was an excellent opportunity to test KATSURA system outcomes and introduce adult participants to the benefits of KS exercises.
Lead by Katsura trainers, more than 25 participants coming from University Technopark (Technology Center) and others involved in the Textile Industrial Workers associations, were introduced to the activities and methods, and they have all the necessary skills to develop them in their local contexts.
