The KATSURA 1st TPM took place in Ibi, Spain, on the 19th and 20th of October.
An excellent opportunity for partners to share project advancement and to plan the next steps.
In particular, the meeting focused on developing the Katsura system and the leading indicators to define and fix the overall method.
Participants learned the system activities and methods and have all the necessary skills to develop them in their local contexts.
